To make a reservation, provide the exact pick-up and delivery addresses, names, and phone numbers of those involved, and the first available pick-up date. A deposit of 10-20% of the total tariff is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on pick-up or delivery, payable in cash or certified funds to the driver.

Are there any additional costs with SMRK Autoship?

No, our quote is all-inclusive, covering door-to-door service, full insurance, taxes, tolls, and up to 100 lbs of personal belongings free of charge.

Door-to-door service means we pick up and deliver your vehicle at any accessible address for an 18-wheeler. If access is restricted, arrangements can be made to meet the driver nearby with a large parking lot.

Will my vehicle be loaded onto other trucks while in transit with SMRK Autoship?

No. SMRK Autoship ensures your vehicle is delivered on the same truck it was loaded onto, except in cases of truck breakdowns, where a replacement is promptly arranged.

Can I choose a particular spot on the trailer with SMRK Autoship?

Drivers typically load vehicles where they deem safe, considering federal laws and weight distribution. Specific spot requests are not guaranteed.

Open transport is the standard method, covering 90% of vehicles. It's more cost-effective, with $250,000 insurance. Enclosed transport, recommended for expensive cars, costs more but provides higher insurance coverage.

Can I ship my personal belongings with SMRK Autoship?

You can have up to 100 lbs of personal belongings free of charge, placed in the trunk or back compartment. Additional items are allowed at an extra cost, but they must be below window level, and the driver's seat must remain empty. Personal belongings are not insured.

How much stuff can I put in my vehicle with SMRK Autoship?

The Department of Transportation prohibits transporting household items. Personal belongings left in the vehicle are shipped at the owner's risk.

Is my vehicle going to be insured with SMRK Autoship?

Yes, we provide full bumper-to-bumper insurance, covering at least $100,000 for open trailer transport and $250,000 for enclosed trailer transport. This insurance includes various damages, but personal belongings inside the vehicle are not covered.

Do I need to be present for pickup or delivery with SMRK Autoship?

Yes, someone must be present to sign the bill of lading and observe the driver's vehicle inspection. Once the inspection is complete and the bill of lading is signed, you may leave.

I will not be available for pickup and/or delivery with SMRK Autoship, what do I do?

SMRK Autoship will provide the driver's name and phone number once assigned. The driver will contact you 24 hours before pickup and one hour before pickup on the move day. Upon arrival, the driver will inspect your vehicle, and after signing the bill of lading, they will load and leave.

Yes, we can transport inoperable vehicles, but the exact condition must be noted when placing the order. An inoperable fee of approximately $200 will be added to the transport cost.
